how a human resource manager manages a day care centre for his emplyees children?

there is a single lady working in your organization, and she has requested for the day care centre for her child at workplace. As an Human resource manager what will be your response?
If you accept her request, then why and how will you manage it?

It depends on where she works. If she is in continued and direct contact with her child, then there may be a double standard. If she is, say, a housekeeper or paper pusher, and doesn’t keep in any direct and sustained contact, then I would imagine that she could be allowed to have her child there with the understanding that she and her child are customers of the day care service, and that is to remain completely seperate from her employment.

However, it would not be out of the question to refuse and help her find another local day care of equal quality. She should understand that it can very easily become a sticky situation.

You should be glad that at least she likes the day care enough to send her child there.

Do you mean for Special Education students?

Some weaknesses could be the teacher not knowing his/her students every well.

If the students has an IEP ( Individual Education Plan) there may be too little information or the wrong information about the student(personal experience with the latter).

There may not be enough staffing. Children who need special services or an individual aide may not receive this because the school district needs more people. ( Personal experience, I had a autistic class for a summer program. All of my students were supposed to receive speech services and they didn’t. Why? Because the district could not find a speech therapist and the speech therapist who worked during the school year didn’t;t want to work in the summer.)

These are just some of the weaknesses I can think of, but these weakness can be avoided.

Be organized, Be as prepared as you can, and Be on your toes. because who knows what the next day will bring you.

Does the Food Stamp Center count my car as a resource?

Most do, but it depends on where and how your car is registered. If it’s in your name in that county then yes, you’re pretty much stuck, but the cars value also plays a part. If it’s an old pile of junk worth $200 then don’t worry about it, but if it’s a new Cadillac completely paid for then you’re having some problems. The value and what you owe is going to be considered. It’s not much of a resource if you owe a ton of money on it, it’s wrecked and you’re behind on payments. Sometimes it’ll depend on the case worker you get too.
I helped many people years ago, but I haven’t done that work for quite some time. Rules change.. sooo… ?

Does McAfee VirusScan continue to protect my computer, even if I quit the Security Center Application?

Security Center is a resource hog and I would love to prevent it from starting, but am unsure if it affects the other McAfee services.

The VirusScan does continue to protect your computer even after you shut the Security Center down. Just right click on the Security Center’s "M" icon, put mouse arrow on VirusScan to make sure VirusScan is enabled first. The Security Center is just McAfee’s way to lure you into buying more of their products.

Surreal World doesn’t know what she is talking about. For a more in depth look at what happens go to McAfee web site and read for yourself. To prove what I am saying is true go to http://www.eicar.com/anti_virus_test_file.htm.

McAfee’s product help files FAQ will also direct you to the above site to see for yourself. Don’t forget to shut down McAfee’s Security Center before running the test. I guarantee you that the antivirus program will still catch the false virus test file.

What is up with the PMRC, i think it’s a load of bullshit, and Tipper Gore can suck my balls. I mean we should able to listen to whatever music we want, why censor, do you think they care, i listen to metal and what they did to music, just proves they dont know shit about it, and Queen,rush singing about satanism hahahaha!
