anti-spam resource center?

Ii have 30 to 80 spams daily can you help me?

Ask your mail service provider to provide better anti-spam services. You can also use a client like Thunderbird with a built in spam filter, but filtering are done once the e-mail is recieved. If your mail service provider does not give you satisfying results move to another one. If you are using a free e-mail service you should think of changing your e-mail address (this can be a schlep, I know).
