how to nestablish a diabetes resource center?

Contact the local officials and lobby them like crazy. Or, you can do like me and learn all you can about diabetes to where you know more than most doctors, dieticians, and virtually all nurses. That way, you don’t need a resource center. Or, if you knew as much about it as I do, you could start your own resource center as I have… check it out:
