In these economically troubled times is it safe to invest in Star Wars figurines and 30’s monster movie poster?

I’m asking as a 44 year old male living in his mom’s basement.

uh, I mean I’m asking for a friend, you don’t know them.

I’ve never felt more attracted to this friend of yours that I don’t know, Tim.

PS: Does anyone else suspect Papergan of being a buffoon?

haha. Actually movie posters can bring in some real $$$. Depending on the poster. Star Wars will always be epic, so honestly I would say..yeah it would be a good idea.

That is the best investment opportunity I’ve ever heard of.

Be careful not to step on your Darth Vader Doll, it’ll loose it’s value.

    Oh… excuse me… "action figure."

  6. No, the economy is getting better and it would probably improve into a bull market if the media would just shut-up.

If you’re super nice to me I’ll just break into an ex’s house and take that stuff for you. He had everything in the package still. He kept all of it in a large locked container..or I would have set it all on fire.
I can steal the container if you poison my mother in law. You’ll save money !

Even in economically troubled times also, satisfaction and justification of mind and human instinct is paramount interest to a human. Is it not?

real answer… maybe… right now it is a buyers market for star wars toys. i have been selling off a lot of mine on ebay and i am practically giving them away… maybe once the economy turns around you can sell them closer to their worth because right now i am getting hosed.

Well, tell your , um, friend that yes it is a perfectly sound investment but, it all depends on the Star Wars figures .

For instance: Luke Skywalker would be worth more than Princess Lea and if you have the whole collection of the Clone Troopers it is priceless!

Other more popular figures include Darth Vader and Yoda. Chewbackka is questionable but it just depends on the pose .

If their arms , legs and heads are movable adds an extra 15% to the tradable value.
